Partners and parents; taking time together

A couple spending some quality time together

There is a real battle over your time. Caring for children, work, cooking, cleaning, shopping – all the chores of family life makes it hard to find time for each other. In all the activity, you sometimes wonder whether it really is possible to find the time and space for you and your partner. The answer has to be a yes, because spending time with each other is one of the most important things when it comes to better relationships. Your relationship will be more fulfilled and your children are likely to be happier too.

Reflect on what goes on in your life and think about how you would answer these questions:

  • What keeps you from spending time with each other?
  • What changes do you need to make?
  • How can you both find a way to help care for your relationship?
  • What do you most enjoy doing as a couple?

  • Digg

  • Twitter
  • Windows Live
  • MySpace
  • Google
