Finding Time for Each Other, Sex/Intimacy & romance, Getting on Better with my Partner, Making a Commitment

I have been with my boyfriend for almost 10 years, I am 26 years old and he is 31. we had a great relationship for the first 4-5 years. During that time we had sex a few times a week. He since has been through rehab and is sober but it seems as though his attraction to me has decreased alot. We have had a great relationship I began planning a wedding and until 1 month before he seemed fine and then he moved about an hr away which seemed to be because that is where is work was located and then he moved there and we had a long distance relationship from there. Then after two months he decided that we should be together but the wedding has not been brought up in over a year and I dont think I can get past it. With all of the things we have going on between a non sexual relationship, a not getting married and I feel like I have resentment against him. I am not sure weather to deal with things or move on.

You won't be able to move on until you deal with things. An honest and loving discussion between you and your boyfriend is needed. A relationship counsellor will be able to help you both look at what's happening in the relationship so that it can be mended or ended. Good luck with what you decide to do and please let us know how things are.
