It could mean he's trying to make you jealous...
It could mean he's being honest but insensitive...
It could mean he's taking you for granted while also being insensitive...
If he's the kind of man that owns a string of oil wells and trades camels for women, it could mean you're on the transfer list!
But I agree with the other poster, i.e. the only way to really know is to ask him!
It could mean almost anything, depending on the context, but in most cases it is probably a good sign that he trusts you enough to talk to you about it.
What is stopping you asking him?
