9 year is it over
ive been with gf for 9 years now, we was engaged with a mortgage and two dogs. one day she just said she doesnt want to be with anymore and away she went. its been 6month now and its been the hardest 6 month ever but everyday weve spoke to each other one minute arguing the next declaring are love. she started dating someone else and obvioiusly sex as now come into it with them, ive also had sex with other girls in this period but i know we both love each other so much. we are now talking about trying to rekindle are relationship but i dont know if its going to be possible because although ive been with girls she broke my heart and walked out on are family. shes seeing a counsellor and is on anti depressant pills at the minute because shes never been happy with her job and im the one who always ends up taking the hit for her sad times. the question is can we make it work again or have we both done to much to each other. 9 years is along time to spend together from such a young age but i just dont know what to do. many thanks

Things sound very up in the air at the moment. It could be that the relationship has run its course, especially if you were both very young when it started. If your gf is suffering from depression this will have affected the relationship and things may change after the medication and counselling. After this it would be worth both of you seeing a relationship counsellor if you both want to make a go of the relationship again.
