My Partner doesnt seem interested anymore

I met my partner 3 years ago through friends, we were seeing each other for 2years, and i fell pregnant our son is now 15months old. I have my own house now and he works away all week, i think this is the problem. Also that he is 36 and im 22.

He has been married 3 times. I just feel like hes more interesed in working rather than spending time with us, or just to see how we are. I dont know what to do because i do love him but dont think he knows how much i care.
