RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication. It's an easy way of having new content from websites delivered to you, so you don't have to visit your favourite websites to check for changes. It's a bit like an inbox for website updates.

Just visit any of pages and your browser will highlight in the address bar, next to the website URL, when an RSS feed is available. To add it, just click the RSS icon and you'll be presented with the options.
