This site provides resources for you and the families you work with, which will help you to offer support . It offers peer support and live chat with relationships counsellors.

It is a free service that provides easy to use information, a peer support service and online brief interventions by trained counsellors.

Resources for new parents, we know that the time following a birth of a baby can be difficult for parents as they adapt to the changes in their life and their relationship.  Here you will find a short online course

‘changes for me and us’  for parents to prepare them for this transition.  It is based on the Department of Health guidance on Preparing for Birth and Beyond
